Checked in ns was not informed of housekeeping shortage until day two of our vacation. My family and I had to personal ask for additional towels during our stay and no one came to pick up dirty towels or service the room. Killed a few roaches. Had a horrible Wifi connection and couldn't watch TV. There is no view of beach. Disappointed in accomodations. Will not return to this location.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in Florida, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Although the facilities look nice at first glance, the reality is far from acceptable. Housekeeping never cleaned our room during our entire stay not even once which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The carpets were visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. The service was extremely disappointing. It was obvious that the hotel is understaffed, but that should not excuse the lack of basic service and attention to guests. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was decent, but even that lacked variety. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, staffing, and customer service.

Property was mostly clean, staff were friendly. The bathroom in the room could have used a more thorough cleaning, especially the shower. Upon checking in, there was a surprise $150.00 security fee charged due to “Spring Break” which should have been conveyed prior to arrival. Also, If you book through 3rd party such as hotels.com, you can’t get late checkout. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and shops which is convenient.

I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn located in destin, Florida from April 3-5, 2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, check in took forever, one of the corporate persons was there and he was so oblivious to everything. We missed the whole first day to do any activities because check in was horrible. Once I got to my room I noticed, the room was not clean, there was a strong odor, the bathroom was dirty, floors had not been swept nor mopped.i had to clean MY OWN ROOM. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, but all they could do is apologize because they didn’t have any help or housekeepers. But that did not make me feel better   Throughout my stay, I also experienced poor customer service, noise, broken amenities, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I chose Holiday Inn expecting a certain standard of quality, but this experience did not meet those expectations. Due to these issues, I am requesting a full or partial refund for my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the experience for future guests.

Breakfast biscuits and sausage were good. The cheese omelets were very blah. When i arrived for checkin at 3pm there was a sign saying the wait at counter, staff was helping another guest. I waited for 14 minutes and then saw the maintenace man. He went and got the desk cleark. As I was xhexked in the clerk told me there is a $150.00 damage deposit due in addition to the room charge amount stated online. I wasnt happy about it but was told if i wanted to chexk im the $150.00 depoait was required. They said it wouls be returned 5 to 7 days after i check out. The room was nice, mosern with vinyl plank flooring. The floors were a bit sirrt and sticky. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. When i checked out at 6:30am, i had to wake the front desk cleark who was asleep. Parking was easy, location is good. Overall, id give it a 6 out of 10 rating.
