Exterminar plaga de cucarachas.

Visualmente luce muy bien el hotel. Desafortunadamente en una de las habitaciones que reservamos, encontramos más de 12 cucarachas. Otro punto a mejorar sería la ventilación del baño. El agua de la alberca se veía un poco turbia, lamentablemente no pudimos hacer uso de ella.

Esta en la mejor avenida de de Mérida, el restaurante está muy bonito, habitaciones amplias un poco de baja presión el los servicios del baño realmente costo bendicio adecuado. Excelente zona para hospedarse.

Kavia Premium es un Hotel que utilizo con cierta frecuencia en mis viajes a Merida, si lo que buscan un hotel bien ubicado para estar Sobre Paseo Montejo ( Junto al Remate), el Corredor Gastronómico (Calle 47) y la iconica Calle 60 del Centro todo caminando, esta es una opción. Cuenta Con estacionamiento techado con acceso directo al Hotel con Elevador y Alberca en el Piso 4 con vista a la Montejo. Cuenta con un Restaurant en Planta Baja pero no tiene servicio a Cuartos. En la Habitación Cuenta con Minirefri y smartTv.

El hotel se anuncia 4 estrellas es un hotel nuevo pero carece de planta de luz emergente nos quedamos sin luz desde la madrugada a las 4 am y nunca hubo nadie que se hiciera responsable de nada la recepcionista sólo se limitaba a decir que no podía hacer nada el gerente de vacaciones solo estuvimos 1 noche

Bueno, al encender el aire acondicionado, salió volando una cucaracha, la mate y la limpie, Pero al revisar el piso, me.di cuenta que había muchas larvas de cucarachas, notifque a recepción Pero muy amablemente me.dijo que recién habían fumigado el hotel y estaban saliendo animales de los aires acondicionados, se ofreció a subir y limpiar la cucaracha con una toallita de cloro, mismo que yo ya lo había hecho, la ubicación es buena Pero l averdad ya no estuvimos agusto, no pudieron cambiarnos de habitación por qué no había disponibles

Está bien ubicada pero se ve que trataron de adaptar el hotel a algo existente , no tiene extractor ni en ciertos ni en baños , su sistema de drenaje malo, desprende malos olores y tienen problemas con el vaciado de agua . Del aseo malo hasta telarañas hay .

En recepción no me quieren dar dos llaves para acceso y argumentan que son las reglas del hotel y hasta la quinta noche te puedan dar otra llave. No tiene sentido esto. Somos dos personas que viajan por trabajo y cada uno requiere salir y entrar a diferente hora. Finalmente te dan las llaves y te amenazan que se la pierdas debes pagar 150’pesos. La ubicación del hotel nos favorecen el ingreso para el hotel considero que les favorece pero pelear en recepción ya en dos diferentes estancias por el mismo motivo es incómodo.
