This was perfect for my needs - a cheap, safe, and clean overnight stay in Isla Verde after arriving on a late night flight. I didn’t want to have to pay for frills and amenities I wouldn’t be using. Check in was easy, the AC was a delight, everything felt tidy, and the bed was really, really comfortable. Exactly what I needed!

Location is a couple blocks from beach . Place is very clean . Neighborhood does not look great but it is gated and licked so you feel safe . Theres a cute little bar 3 doors down great service for a night ap before bedtime

Positives - rooms were nicely air conditioned (although we found the request to leave at 70 a little too cold), nice touch of some bottles of water and soft drinks in fridge especially as arrived late. Bedding comfortable (pillows / linens). Instructions for access and communication with hosts was good. Fairly clean, few minor bits of dust on furniture main issue. Negatives - overall we found the accommodation to be incredibly noisy. Everything echoed and there was just little to dampen sounds. We were in room 1 by the door and people coming and going meant I struggled to get a decent sleep. The bed waa also quite soft which for me wasn't great. Location is close to some great cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and beach is one block away.

I only needed the room for my last night at Island before a late flight the next day. Staff was friendly and courteous to keep my luggage at their sister property before and after my check in, that was a plus for me, since I wanted to enjoy a little more of my beautiful P.R. without having to worry about my luggage. The room was really nice and clean. Small and cozy! Great for one or two people. Very close to the airport. With lots of restaurants around, I’ll definitely will consider staying here again in the future.
