This is a modern hotel close to the bus stop to Venice and a short walk to the train station. Very pleasant staff. It's about a half hour walk into the pedestrian area of Mestre which I would recommend if you come back from Venice early enough to enjoy it.

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious and decent breakfast. Great value, would definately stay here again. Location is perfect, bus stop across road and station around the corner about 5 mins away for sasy access to venice.

The property is two star in terms of quality. The staff was only so so helpful, the room phone didn’t work, and the staff said that it couldn’t be fixed; there were no tissues in the room and again not provided upon request.

Det är inga italienare som arbetar där längre. Förvänta dig inget hotell med den italienska gästvänligheten och den standard som är på många italienska hotell. Frukosten var väldigt spartansk, även för en kontinental frukost. Endast kaffe ur automat, vilket smakade bränt. Bake-off croissanter som var råa i mitten. Hårdkokta ägg som var gamla och gröna. Fanns inget kallvatten alls! Vattnet gick ibland att få ljummet/fingervarmt men oftast var vattnet varmt eller skållhett!! Det kändes inte som att rummen städades ordentligt. Papperskorgen tömdes men inga nya handdukar, sängen bäddades inte utan lakanet var bara pålagt och det fylldes inte på med toapapper. Dock fanns toapapper staplat i korridoren så där kunde man plocka själv. Mycket lyhört till våningen ovanför där andra väsnades och dunsade. Stort plus med bra och säker parkering på inhägnad innergård vilket ingår i priset. Fungerande ac på rummet. Hård men helt ok säng. Ca 5 minuters promenad till tågstationen Venice Mestre där tåget tar 10 minuter in till Venedig. Hotellet har en restaurang där vi blev erbjudna 20% på priset som hotellgäster. Detta var inget vi testade. Ordinarie priser var att jämföra med en Osteria/Trattoria inne i Venedig. Välj detta hotell endast om du vill duscha varmt och ha någonstans att lägga huvudet för natten.

Leider lag unser Zimmer direkt über der Abluft der Küche. Zudem dadurch auch sehr laut. Und leider roch das Badezimmer sehr unangenehm. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und als Hotelgäste bekam man 20% Rabatt. Ansonsten war die Nähe zum Hafen für uns ausschlaggebend. Preis-Leistung hat aber nicht gepasst! Für uns nie wieder!

Propre, le strict minimum. Aucune bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. arrivés à 22h j’ai demandé à l’accueil une bouteille d’eau, on m’a dit que c’était payant ce qui en soit ne le pose pas de problème par contre ils ont insisté pour que je paie de suite alors qu’on avait encore 4nuits sur place. Le service est est assez limite ainsi que le petit dejeuner.
