Room was small but clean .The view was the best thing about our stay we could see the sea front there was a busy road running by but it was entertaining to people watch and see cars trying to find car parking spaces.It is an old Victorian building so could be a bit noisy at times especially in the evening you could hear people outside

I was impressed as soon as I approached reception arrived at busy time but was welcomed quickly and parking permit issued immediately. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable especially the bed we had a lovely view of the beach from our room aswell. Breakfast was unbelievable its the best I have had in an hotel everything is freshly cooked as you order. You will be happy with the staff as they are all smart polite and so friendly and helpful especially Alex the receptionist he can't do enough for you. Final note of all the above we booked for next year before we left for home.

This hotel was in an ideal position for all the local amenities and attractions. The pier is 50yds away, the shops started approximately the same distance away with the Orme 'just round the corner.' The rooms were spacious and modern. The staff were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The only downside to this hotel is the parking. There is limited parking around the back of the hotel (at £10 per day) or you can take your chance at the roadside In front of the hotel. The hotel gives you a permit to park for free but the spaces are not reserved so once you move your car, you take pot luck on whether there is a space for you when you come back. Overall though, Ok can highly recommend this hotel.
