Bergamo historic part of town Hotel.

Very beautiful hotel in an historic part of Bergamo. Only negative is the car parking which requires a special pass in advance. Room is spacious, with lots of amenities like a free standing jacuzzi tub and a small sauna. The bar restaurant was also very nice.

Nice hotel in a lovely and quiet part of town. Staff were very friendly. We did not eat in the restaurant, but had lovely cheese and meat in the bar after a late arrival. Breakfast was a little busy at times, but absolutely fine overall. Bergamo is a charming city with lots to see and Milan is close enough for a day trip by train.

Lovely experience staying here . There was myself missus and x2 children . On our arrival staff was very helpful and because I was confused with the one way system the staff drove me in the my rented car around to the car park . Once we got to our room there was water ,fizzy drinks and a few treats for the children . Through out day they brought water too the room as it was so hot . The room was spotless and bathroom was big and had lots of space . Beds very comfortable and children was happy with there bunk beds . We had just drove from Venice and the gardens of the hotel were very peaceful and relaxing and the piano bar was even better . The restaurants and shops around the area were brilliant and cheap and it was great that the train station was only 10 mins walk so we could get the train into Milan town centre to visit the cathedral . Breakfast was lovely and the staff can’t do enough for you . On our last day we had an early check out as we had to be in airport for 6am to catch a flight . On checking out the staff made up x4 take out breakfasts which were lovely and saved us a lot of money in the airports . This was very thoughtful as we never asked but they noticed we was checking out at 5:30 am . Brilliant hotel on our next visit to Bergamo we will be staying here again .

⸻ It was a magnificent hotel; its location, architecture, and friendly staff were incredible. The rooms were very clean and practical, and everything was thought out down to the smallest detail. The attic rooms were amazing. I watched the stars and planes all night long. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant; the food was delicious, and the breakfast was very rich and varied.

Morgenmad var kedelig. Der var ikke meget at vælge i mellem. Kø til kaffemaskine. Vi spiste på hotellet en aften … maden var virkelig lækker 👌 Men servicen var meget dårlig og da vi ville betale ventede vi i 20 min uden held, så gik vi en tur i byen en time og kom tilbage så var der en der kom til os for vi skulle betale. Værelserne er små Lidt for hård senge til os. Lidt støj fra gården meget tidligt på morgenen.

Problème avec le petit déjeuner où il ne reste rien si on arrive a 9h30... Le lendemain à 8h00 les propositions étaient en deçà d'un hôtel 4 etoiles. La bouteille d'eau posée hors frigo dans la chambre a été facturée 2 euros. Il y a un peu tromperie pour le client qui pense à un cadeau de bienvenue.
