The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a very comfortable spot to spend one night before a long day of traveling back to the States.

At city center, every place is convenient to access. Room is spacious. TV programs are only in Italian, unfortunately. Laundry is located at the basement, not in the room. Communication with the operating team is perfect!

The hotel is located near Moscova metro station in good location with a lot of restaurants and nice streets nearby. The room is big enough but a little bit old. The bed is not comfortable. There is no dishwasher. TV in the bedroom is old and without internet connection. Lisa (customer relation) is super friendly and helpful.

Utmärkt boende med närhet till butik, café, restaurang, buss. Ganska nära till närmsta tunnelbana samt fjärrtåg. Mycket god kommunikation med värden via WhatsApp. Informativa pdf, filmer. Det fanns vatten, öl, nespressokapslar i rummet för dyra pengar men carrefour express runt hörnet var supernära och hade stort utbud. Det var varmt och saknade AC-kylning men stora fönster gjorde det bättre. Av någon anledning tömdes det glas varje natt ca 0400 på innergården. Vattnet drickbart men tydligt godare om man häller upp det och låter det stå öppet i kylen några timmar. Grundläggande köksutrustning, kyl, frys, induktionshäll, Nespressomaskin, mikro, handdisk.
