I absolutely loved everything about this boutique-style hotel—from its authentic charm to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Located in the heart of Thamel, the vibrant center of Kathmandu, it offers easy access to shops, cafes, and cultural sites, yet feels like a peaceful retreat from the city’s lively streets. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and decorated with original paintings that gave them a unique and local touch. Breakfasts were varied and tasty, and I also enjoyed a couple of delicious dinners at the hotel. The on-site spa was another highlight—calm, professional, and the perfect way to relax. What truly made my stay special was the care I received, especially from Deepika. When my flight was delayed, the hotel transfer waited patiently, and Deepika stayed in constant contact, offering reassurance as I went through customs. She welcomed me like an old friend, checked in on me regularly, and helped organize transportation and sightseeing. Even after I left Kathmandu to travel around Nepal, Deepika continued to check on me. Although I had booked another hotel for my return, I chose to come back to Lo Mustang—because it truly felt like home. Staying here became a meaningful part of my journey in discovering Nepal’s culture and warmth. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel! It is updated, very beautiful, and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. Rooms were great with beautiful views. Our room, 504, had a perfect view of Swambunath Stupa(Monkey Temple). Beds were very comfortable and the complimentry cookies and fruit left in the room was a nice touch. Also has a beautiful rooftop view. We will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for your hospitality!!!🙏
