The facial recognition when ENTERING never worked so I always had to called to enter. The facial recognition to EXIT worked. There were no hangers in the closet Ns they said they would provide some, but never did. The kitchen is very scarcely equipped and does not have even the bare minimum to make an appropriate breakfast. The location is great, it's quiet, and in a safe area.

Portaria eletrônica... dificil comunicacao. Fechadura eletrônica... muita paciencia ao uso. Tv somente canais abertos.... Armarios sem cabide..... Somente lencois na cama.... nenhuma coberta.. Fiquei nonpredio.um ano atras, e as acomodacoes foram bem melhores.

Great place to stay. Must be computer savvy

I enjoyed my 14 day stay at Next Apt. The studio is small, but the price was great value ($31 USD) and the location is excellent. There is a restaurant next door and a convenience store with fresh baked baguettes 1 block away. The face recognition system can be quirky and communicating via Whatsapp can be tricky if you have a US cell and don't have a WIFI SIGNAL. Also the entry code for the door changed every time you have an issue with facial recognition so that can be annoying. But overall for the price, location and room it's well worth it.

O lugar estava igual nas fotos. Ficamos quatro noites e o lugar é seguro e tem mercado bem perto do apartamento. Há também um café embaixo do condomínio com ambiente agradável, porém a música que toca lá embaixo se escuta do apartamento. Mas não é alto ao ponte de incomodar. Somente adicionaria mais toalhas sendo que ficamos 4 noites e 5 dias. Mas recomendo e ficaria lá novamente

Excelente custo beneficio

O loft é maravilhoso. Tem uma varanda super gostosa para se tomar café ou ler um livro. Está tudo muito novinho e arrumado. Único ponto de atenção é que sai pouca água quando o chuveiro está no quente, mas acho que seja mais algo do prédio e não do apartamento em si. É muito próximo da Paulista.

The apartment was beautiful and perfect for my needs. I arrived very early in the morning to Sao Paulo and customer service was extremely good. At 6 am they managed to arrange for me to me to check in at 7am when official check-in was 3 pm. The WhatsApp service function and extremely fast response time made any queries extremely easy to deal with.

Nunca me registraron en la cámara de la entrada, por lo que nunca podía entrar o salir de la propiedad fácilmente. Teniendo que comunicarme todo el tiempo con la portería para que me abrieran. No puedes dejar tu equipaje resguardado cuando haces el check out. No lo recomendaría existen muchísimas opciones cercanas a esta ubicación que pueden ser mejores por el mismo precio. Dentro de la habitación el foco del baño nunca encendió. El lavabo del baño tapado, tardando mucho tiempo en irse el agua. Estancándose todo en el lavabo. Colchón y sábanas de pésima calidad

Convenient but service needs Customization

And nice apartment conveniently located, but the service needs to be custom is much more than this The direct human interaction was really inconvenient. All communication was in Portuguese although they should know that tourists use these sites as well. One great inconvenience is that there is no place to store the luggage and the check out time is so strict. This translates into extra costs since we probably have to book for an extra nights just for utilizing the storage for a few hours. I really think they should find solution for this by having temporary storage facility in the building or even agreeing with the cafeteria to provide that service for a small fee.

Muito bem localizada. Predio novo com um café muito bom embaixo. O prédio possui uma academia simples mas uma sala de reunião excelente. Apartamento em 02 andares, não recomendo para idosos ou pessoas vom mobilidade reduzida. Confortavel para apenas 02 pessoas pois a terceira pessoa teria que dormir em um sofá simples. Possui um cooktop com 02 pontos, geladeira, nsspresso e microondas. São extremamente rigidoa com check-in e check-out onque no nosso caso nos deixou 05 horas na calçada esperando entrada pois o predio não possui recepção ou local de armazenamente temporário de bagagens pois tudo se dá por portaria remota (atenção a isso!) Reservamos 03 pessoas e ao chegar tinha apenas 02 toalhas e nenhum aparato para o terceiro hospede. Resumindo, o local é muito bom, perto de muita coisa inclusive bares, restaurantes e supermercado contudo a dificuldade de não ter contato pessoas no condominio dificulta um pouco pois tudo se faz por whatsapp. Acreitamos ser um bom local nas que estes fatos devem estar claros e serem falados antes para não atrapalhar a experiência.
