Some areas of the hotel seemed older and outdated. The outside was a bit dated with not a lot of landscaping--However the main areas were clean and pleasant. Over all it was a nice stay. We were satisfied with the breakfast. The parking was good and the staff pleasant.

Room had not been cleaned. Beds unmade. Used alcohol bottles left in the room. Staff got me a new room, but I would've rather had a refund so I could stay someplace else. Breakfast was very minimal.

The staff was very friendly! But for some reason, it takes too long to get checked into this hotel. We stayed there a year ago and it was slow then as well. We had a group of about 10 of us and I was the first one to check in...it took about 15 mins. The room was humid and everything in the room was damp. Most of our group experienced that same issue! Breakfast was not available as supposedly a water main break didn't allow them to have breakfast or even coffee!

This hotel was recently refurbished and we really loved the rooms, the bedding, even the towels were excellent. The manager at check in was very nice and pleasent to chat with just a great experience.

Main Elevator was out of service, so I had to walk all the way down the hall, take the second elevator, then walk all the way back down the hall. Stairwells were dirty, one in my group had a dirty washcloth in his shower. He didn’t think it had been cleaned. One of my bedspreads had a stain on it and the beds weren’t made to the usual hotel standards. It looked like a family operation- it just didn’t have the look of the usual Comfort Inn. My room smelled like smoke and was damp and humid. I had several rooms reserved through Hotels.com and one person checked in before I got there and they gave the room to her under the wrong name which confused the whole check in. Would not recommend staying here. The staff was pleasant, but it was not well managed.
