Brandy and Sandra that work the front desk are the most amazing front desk clerks ive ever met. Very attentive and helpful. No matter how many questions , how many days I need my room key reset and these two ladies never embarrass me, or give me a hard time. Thank you AMP for making this difficult time in our life bareable. This really has felt like our home away from home. You ladies deserve employees of the year. Ill put in all votes for yalls number one spots. 2026

The breakfast is NOT INCLUDED! It’s 5 per person. I had picked this location because it said breakfast was included and the fact they had a pool. The only good this was the pool area! The bed had a deep dent in the middle and me and my child slept horribly. The bathroom door could not even close! The sink and shower was stopped up! And then after leaving the pool, we couldn’t get into our room. Maintenance had to come and repair the door. I will never recommend this to anyone. They need a remodel! And new people who work the front desk… their attitudes were nasty and rude! 0/10 would never ever recommend!

The best thing was the bar RM the restaurant overcharged n didn't give al food that was advertised in meal it's also all processed food and greasy wish I could get my money back definitely will only be a last min choice if I have to stay again it's not worth the money

The staff was friendly except the older guy who works nights. Took 20 minutes to check me in. He was very rude. I told him damge was done to the aircon and he didnt care. Other than that....it is exactly what you pay for. Cheap but not the safest area.

I checked in and checked back out within 1 hour. nastiness place i’ve ever seen and I was in a motorcycle gang for 10 years.

Th staff were all friendly and the entrance area was very pleasant. Our room was really big and clean but not anything fancy like the Marriott. Bathroom area clean and basic. Woke up hoping to get breakfast but was told the sold out of all food. Overall it was a decent stay of your not big into super fancy.
