The perfect stay

Wow I have to say it was my first time staying in a hotel like this one it was amazing the service even better they met above my expectations the staff was so helpful with my planning a surprise for my fiancé they kept in touch through WhatsApp even inch of the planning and made sure it look fantastic I was surprised did not think they would go be so beautiful and perfect more than I ever thought it would look the prices is very reasonable I definitely recommend it and plan to come stay here again. I did not take much pictures because I took videos instead of pictures

We loved this whole experience!

Stayed at Porto Marina Guatape with my family (we were 4 adults but 6 adults would fit very comfortably). It is a two-level modern cabin so you are surrounded by nature but with all the comforts.. which is my cup of tea ;) The layout is really nice: The primary suite is upstairs with direct view to the water and the lower level has 2 bedrooms (one also with direct view), a bathroom in between bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen on the other side of the rooms with a glass sliding door connecting an outdoor area where there is a jacuzzi to enjoy. Breakfast is included and it’s really good: they offer different options but my suggestion is to try the Colombian breakfast which is called “El tradicional”, it comes with cheese arepa, eggs, fruits.. I mean if you are in another country you might as well explore and try something new/different. The hotel also has a restaurant which offers tasty food. Hotel also has a dock which is very convenient because you can schedule tours and get picked up from there, for example we rented some jet skis and it was so easy to just go down to the dock to meet the people. Staff was very friendly and helpful in whatever we asked for: they can also suggest service providers for activities. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am See Super Terrassen Abends wird ein Feuer gemacht auf der privaten Terrasse Freundliches Personal Hat Boots-Steg, man kann z.B. von Guatapé direkt mit dem Boot zurückfahren, ist etwa gleich teuer wie ein Taxi Negativ waren laute Musik in der Nacht (1AM) von einem Partyboot auf dem See und einmal von einem sehr lauten Rockkonzert in der Nähe bis 3AM am Morgen - schlafen unmöglich (das Hotel kann aber nichts dafür..)

The hotel is truly spectacular. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, and the entire property is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, making it a perfect place to disconnect and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant — always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The restaurant is excellent; every meal we had was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was varied and full of fresh, local flavors. One detail to note is that the room doesn’t have a traditional closet, just some shelves and small drawers, which didn’t open very smoothly. I recommend renting a car to move around comfortably, especially because the access road is unpaved and can be a bit tricky without a suitable vehicle.

What a charming stay. They served us breakfast in our room that was included in the price. All cabins have private hot tubs and they come around at night and build a fire for you with marshmallows to roast! The on-site restaurant has reasonable prices and quality food plus a daily happy hour. We’d stay here again. Great Lake view as well.

La propiedad es bonita pero la condición de las cabañas tiene detalles como en el caso mio la ducha estaba rota habían cucarachas en el área de la cosina no habían mesas para comer la comida las opciones para guardar ropa no eran buenas no habían ganchos de ropa el lugar es exelente pero tienen q trabajar más por la comodidad del huésped y también ser más responsables con las condiciones y los detalles q son importantes el personal muy servicial la comida exelente la vista espectacular desayuno la cantidad de huevo muy poca solo una lasca de tocino pequeña el vaso de jugo de naranja muy pequeño y no lo llenan hasta arriba también recomiendo q pongan televisión importante el internet bastante bueno no tengo quejas

Negative: you can tell that the properties are deteriorating as the pictures look better than reality. The restaurant is a bit simple (despite its amazing food). Definitely not what’s expected

They never mentioned they did not have A/C or fans . Bathrooms and towels had mold and roaches. My 4yr old was bitten all over by bed bugs Turnover service was never done . Hot water was never on. Def would never go back or recommend . In fact I opted to check out 1 day early due to the lack of air and cleanliness Add pics of my daughters face after being bitten by bed bugs as well as tye roach and moldy towel
