Ils ont refusés de nous acceuillir en pretextant qu’on avait pas de reservation. Ils ont été jusqu’a ignorés les appels du service hotel.com, nous laissons pour compte devant leur porte d’entrée à minuit sans ce soucier des clients alors qu’il avait 5 autres chambres disponible.
