Cute motel in St. Regis

The Little River Motel is a cute cabin style motel. It's right on the interstate (and probably predates the interstate by several years). Linda made it easy to check in and out. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean.

Cool place, really Vintage cabins, early 60s. Tiny, cozy, the way lodging used to be. Very clean. Some upgrades over the years, but still a throwback. I would stay again.

Love that this is a family owned business. Was met after hours with the nicest lady who checked me in and gave the run down. Love places like this rather than corporate run hotels. Definitely recommend if in the area.

Nothing like portrayed

Tiny room with ancient scavenged furniture. Only one outlet in the whole room, lamps etc strung together on extension cords. Bathroom cold, no heat. Advertised breakfast but did not answer the door no lights on at 7 am, so no coffee...nothing. No hairdryer. Dangerous elevated drain in the shower. No ice on premises.

I've stayed here several times when passing through and have always felt welcome. The cabins are simple but always clean. I appreciate the microwave and small refrigerator. The motel sits in beautiful surroundings and easy access to the interstate. Food options and shopping are nearby if needed. Owner Linda will make you feel at home! I highly recommend and will continue to make this my go to motel when passing through.

Beautiful scenic area, quiet and safe. Relaxing and comfortable. Room was clean with all the toiletries you would need. The complimentary breakfast snacks were great. I big selection of pastries, muffins, and fresh fruit. The owner was very nice and helpful from printing out directions for a more scenic route to drive instead of how my gps wanted to take me. Would stay there again.

The owner of this motel is a volunteer firefighter. If she gets called out, she posts two phone numbers to call for people who have showed up for their reservation. When we got there, two other people had been standing at the front door for 30 minutes. They had called both numbers and neither answered. I did the same. The others left and went to another motel. We stayed and about 20 minutes later the owner showed up. The motel itself needs a major overhaul. This is the second time that we stayed here ( going and returning on this trip). Both rooms needed plumbing repairs done.

Great service

I made our reservation for the wrong day. Owner was super about helping us out and changing our reservation at the last minute. These are not luxury cabins but bed was good, has a tv and kitchenette in the one we had as well as small bathroom. It was all super clean.

This is a quaint motel complex which is older, could use some updates, but is sufficient and a good price. The owner lives on the premises and is very nice. Gave good advice about fishing and eating in the area. It is close to the interstate, but the road noise did not keep us awake. Netflix was active on the television.
