This hotel had a great location - close to Shinjuku station, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The room was small but clean. Bed was a bit hard and bathroom was quite small but was everything we needed. Staff were helpful and nice. Our room was right above their "concert" area so you could hear singing but it was quieted down before 10pm so was quiet to sleep. Breakfast included was limited but nice to have.

Very well-located accommodation with excellent public transport connections. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Since the windows are only single-glazed, you can hear a lot of noise.

Supposedly cool hotel, but the room was sad. The tiny window was darkened so it was impossible to see the outside world, which was very depressing. I spend several nights there and in total quite some money, still when I asked if I could leave one suitcase for two days they charged me 4000¥, which I found ridiculous. The people working there were nice though.

My first time staying here and will stay again the next time. My twin bedroom and bathroom are very clean for a friendly budget hotel. Staffs are nice and spoke perfect English. Location was excellent with a lot restaurants nearby and walkable to all shopping mall. They offered free coffee, tea, and orange juice in the morning and also free toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion and etc. at the lobby.

Great staff and location, but could be cleaner

Excellent, friendly, mostly English-fluent staff provided excellent service. Room is standard— comfortable and clean. No frills. Kind of a bad smell in the hallways. Detectable in the room for a few seconds before you get used to it. Location of hotel is great, unless you are intimidated by Shinjuku neighborhood or train station, both of which are super crazy and hard to navigate. Hotel has a fun vibe and lots of young people.
