Ich bin Vegetarier. Daher ist ein Ei und Wurst nicht mein bevorzugtes Frühstück. Es gab auch Haferflocken und ein bisschen Milch. Sehr eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten, da die Kleinen Portionen bereits zugeteilt worden sind. Sonst war alles in einem guten Zustand und der Service war exzellent. Am Essen sollten sie noch arbeiten. We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the deceptive practices of Heaven Premium Airport Hotel in Istanbul. In March 2025 we booked and paid a room for October 1, 2025 with conformation. When we arrived in Istanbul Heaven Premium Airport Hotel even send email on September 28 and October 1 to confirm the booking for Heaven Premium Airport Hotel. But when we took the hotel shuttle to the hotel instead we were taking to Lenora Airport Hotel which is significantly smaller, cheaper and without breakfast service. We talked to the person-in-charge with the Heaven Premium Airport Hotel on the phone and his responded that the hotel is overbooked and refused to provide us a room at Heaven Premium Airport Hotel . He only offered us the shuttle service to the hotel for breakfast and take us to airport. Next day we were shuttle to the Hotel for breakfast the reception in Heaven Premium Airport refused to offer us the shuttle to the airport after we finished breakfast. So we have to take a taxi. We were very unhappy with this arrangement and felt that it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we have originally booked .We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused by this experience. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

My wife stayed in this hotel, i booked with round trip option, but the hotel charged 15 euros for return trip. So, logically 15 it is price for full car, but they charged the same 15 euros from a another girl for the same trip. In the same time they charged nothing from the men in the car. So, the hotel is not very honest and consist with shuttle price.

Niceplace,great staff,butyou’ll pay for transfer

A nice place with very pleasant and helpful staff. Upon arrival at the airport, I messaged the hotel and they responded immediately with thorough directions how to get to the parking lot where I’ll be picked up by the transfer. However, note that even if you have paid for the return transfer, they will charge you in case you need to go back to the airport after your stay.

Hotel review

The accommodation was fine but be mindful that I booked the premium heaven hotel but after using their transfer they took me to sister hotel down the road without informing me. There are restaurants nearby and the accommodation was fine for the night to get a flight from IST.

⚠️ This hotel is a fraud.

They promised a round-trip airport transfer for €30 but charged me €40 instead and were extremely rude when I objected. The overall service was very poor and far below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Cheap and best place to stay.

Staff is amazing. Very accommodating. Hotel is in very quiet place. No noise. Rooms are neat and clean. Best place to stay and breakfast was amazing. This is my second time and I am happy.
