Convenient hotel if you're looking to explore La Mancha towns like Consuegra, Argamasilla de Alba, El Toboso, and others. I used it as a hub to visit these smaller towns, which have limited quality accommodations. It worked very well for me, especially with the easy and convenient outdoor self-parking

Ok for small town accommodation

Plentiful of free open air car parking and service at restaurant was fantastic. Dinner was simple but delicious and great value for money! The good stops here however. The room was relatively small and dimly lit. If you need power sockets by the bed side you would have to remove the lamps which made the room even darker. Balcony is a great touch but room is so small the furnitures block the balcony door from opening. Balcony is full of bird droppings and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks I wouldn’t even go outside. The in room safe was locked when I arrive and front desk said he had to write a note for the technician the next day as it was after 5pm and only the technician can open the safe. I then saw him put away the pen and empty paper notepad after I walked away. Had a small cut on the day of checking out and asked front desk if they had band aid or plasters. She thought for 1 second, shook her head, said no and then went back about her business. Note also that if you miss meal times, you will have to drive out into town to get food.

La recepcionista no pudo ser más maleducada. Se empeñaba en indicar que debía pagar 4 noches en lugar de 3, porque según ella, había estado alojado una noche más, no siendo así. Pese a mostrarle mi factura (pagada la noche anterior al check out y la confirmación de reserva donde se indicaban mis 3 noches) ella seguía empecinada en eso, siendo súper cortante y borde conmigo. Cuando finalmente lo comprueba en el sistema, solo indica de malas maneras que la compañera lo había anotado mal, y no pide ni disculpas por el trato que acababa de darme, porfiando todo el tiempo y dudando de mi palabra. Una vergüenza. Las limpiadoras a las 08:30 h de charla en los pasillos, contándose sus vidas con carcajadas, voces elevadas, etc sin respetar el descanso del cliente. Las habitaciones son muy amplias pero con mobiliario muy deteriorado. Las colchas pesan muchísimo, se hace hasta incómodo taparse con ellas, las paredes colmadas de rayones y desconchadas, una pena. El hotel es precioso en zonas comunes, pero a las habitaciones les hace falta un lavado de cara.
