The room we were put in smelled stale like it hadnt been used in a while but i opened the door and window and let some air flow through. The bathtub didnt drain properly. But the bed was comfortable. Tons a pillows. Plenty of towles and washcloths.

We were in an older but recently remodeled area a short distance from the lobby. We walked over to the lobby for breakfast. There was a huge road construction project going on and the entry was obscured by the traffic barrels. The front desk help was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable.

Staying here was a good price and the rooms were nicer than I expected. They are really good at servicing the rooms on a daily basis. Staff and customer service is really nice and very helpful.

Rooms are located away from main building where basic breakfast consisting of hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal and milk, bread and bagels, juice and coffee is served. Generally clean and quiet place.

When I went to check in I was greeted with a smile and everyone was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. All of our towels were nice and soft compared to most hotel towels. They had a good selection for the breakfast and everyone was very helpful

Noisy room made sleeping difficult

My stay in Building A would have been fine (bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean), except wind noise from the bathroom window sounded like police sirens or ghostly noises depending on the strength of the breeze. The upstairs room was not insulated from my room so the 5am walking of the guest above was surprisingly loud. And at 6am when the truck with loud exhaust fired up, the sound penetrated the room pretty thoroughly.

Terrible!!! Never again will is stay here! Such a disturbance from housekeeping, was cleaning in the room below me for like 8 hrs!! Disturbing me it seem like it was on purpose! Then I go in the bathroom and extra loud in there as well!! Never again racist dirty housekeeper and hotel! Then refuse to give me my deposit back saying I stain a towel! All I did was wash my hair the shampoo and conditioner is brown! I have stayed here once before and used the same shampoo with no problems, and gave me my full deposit back!! I had to cuss them out over the phone a view times to get my deposit! Then when I asked to come back and see the towels before receiving my deposit told me the towels was in the washer!! Wth!!!! This is place is Trash unprofessional Never again will I stay here kept 20 of my deposit!! Stop buying cheap towels not my problem!! Stop playing with people before someone get Hurt!!! I’m calling the Hotel Corporate office
