Very charming hotel, the common areas were cute and clean with free coffee and tea. My husband and I stayed in the anniversary sweet for two nights. We had an excellent stay! Checked in right at 4:00pm and self check in was a breeze. Our room was super spacious and very clean. The bathtubs were my favorite feature and we put them to good use. Plenty of hot water for both tubs. We will be back again!

A wonderful stay

This is a charming old historic hotel, filled with beautiful antiques. It’s clean and comfortable, and the location is so convenient. There was easy parking on the street, but we really enjoyed walking to most things.

We enjoyed two nights here. There is a quaint and shady courtyard for lounging, and the room was unique. The bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed the mini complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and having morning coffee freshly made. The location is within easy walking distance to downtown, though a few blocks from the main drag. Would stay here again!

There are no staff in the hotel, that is why there is no rating. The room was perfect! I booked this for my birthday/halloween celebration! It did not disappoint! Bathtub (Jr Suite 2) was relaxing and huge! There is a restaurant next door (I did not eat there), noble coffee half a block down, a small Mexican place around the corner. It is about a mile easy walk into Lithia plaza. Very walkable through residential neighborhoods.

Great historic hotel. If you're looking for modern amenities this is not it. But antiques, charm and a unique experience this is it. Don't expect anyone to carry your luggage or have a lot of bathroom space. Just small, quaint and memorable

Peerless for the Ashland Shakespeare Festival

This is a terrific hotel concept. Stayed here three times. And I will again. The rooms are quiet, cosy, and utterly charming. The staff are on call and they answer all questions and take care of any issues quickly. Try this place. I'm a hard core hotel critic and I love the Peerless.
