The outside of the hotel was a little sketchy since we parked in the back and we could not get in the door at 10 PM. We did not receive a code and pounded on somebody’s door who finally helped us get a code and get in. These people were very kind although the check-in kind of sucked, but once we got in the room, we were happy with the room size, towels, comfy bed, and pillows, and over all the room had a lot of TLC. Our only complaint was check-in.

What a pain in the butt to get room instructions. Number on door said to call and text and we did with no answers. Onsite staff finally answered and did not speak english to help. Two others were having the same issue. Eventually someone answered the phone after 30 minutes. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are spacious but costomer service is non-existant. THe coffee maker did not work, the thermostat on the heater did not work, the shower handle just spun in circles, and checkin was terrible. The 2 numbers that were posted did not work and I had to wait to checkin because there was no one there. If it wasn't for another customer I would not have been able to get my room open and the combo lock on the door malfunctioned. And the fire alarm had a plastic bag stuffed around it.

We walked in the front door, where there was a neon sign that said “office” on the window. Some lady told us this was a house and there is no office. She said we should have received a email with check in instruction. I did not. She called someone, not sure who, and they texted her the code to our room and the room number. Outside was gross, with old dining room chairs on the patio with dirty coffee cups on the table. Some sort of liquid was dripping off the roof onto the parking spots. Hadn’t rained in days and was warm and sunny out. Room was ok, had a recent face lift and newer furniture. But the floor was sticky, tub was dirty with a USED BAR OF SOAP on the shower shelf. So clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom door would not shut, just kept popping open. Many other weird things. Would never go back. Beware of nice pics on the internet.

アーチーズから近い立地で便利でした。 到着が遅くなり、ナンバー式の認証コードでの入室となりましたが、メールを受け取れていなかった為、連絡したところ直ぐに駆けつけて頂いて大変助かりました。 普通のモーテルですが、清掃も行き届いていて、心地よく過ごせました。

The checkin procedure was very unique and confusing. Room numbers were small and hard to find. Theres a key box in case you want a key or a keypad. The numbers arent in numerical order. The room is decent.

I would have preferred to have a room where I parked around back instead of in the front. I felt very exposed and very close to the road. Otherwise it fulfilled what I need a hotel room to fulfill.

It was convenient to the highway but felt like driving over a curb to get there and back of building parking was storage units with vehicles of people getting in their storage units. No chairs inside besides the beds. Room access was good like an Air B&B.

Cute, quirky, and completely charming. Clean, comfortable, with everything we needed, especially a very comfortable bed. We will stay here again on our next trip to Moab.
