Check in was delayed by 2+ hours after check-in time because they were short staffed and someone was “checking” the rooms. No they were cleaning the rooms as fast as they could. No trash bags in garbage cans, provided toiletries were empty, floor unclean (hairs everywhere - not ours), no room refresh (making beds, taking away dirty towels) at the end of each day.
