A estadia num geral foi boa. Na primeira noite tive problema com sinal de internet, e como eu precisava usar a internet, me incomodou bastante, acredito que os quartos no final do corredor tenham o sinal comprometido. No segundo dia me acomodaram num quarto com sinal perfeito. Quanto as acomodações, percebi que os quartos precisam de alguma reforma, os que ficam voltados para os fundos, tem muita umidade e infiltração. Pra quem sofre de problemas alergicos não é nada legal. O hotel tem uma mega estrutura, tem tudo pra alavancar, falta apenas investimento.

A pousada em si é excelente....porém com o hotel cheio não tem comonos funcionarios atenderemndenforma eficar com tres pessoas...eles tem boa vontade...mas falta gente com hotel cheio.... Sou deficiente nao tem acessibilidade

O atendimento foi excelente. O café da manhã tem boa variedade. O quarto estava limpo, entretanto o hotel está passando por reformas e no quarto que ficamos ainda não foi reformado. Assim, o piso não estava adequado, a roupa cama, apesar de limpa, estava com aparência de muito usada e a varanda precisa de reforma. No mais, acredito que com todas as reformas, o hotel seja uma excelente opção de estadia em Teresópolis.

O hotel necessita de manutenção em vários locais do prédio devido a muitas infiltrações. Café da manhã bom! Cama king size sendo com dois colchões juntos o que incomoda a divisão deles. Roupa de cama principalmente fronhas precisando de toca urgente. O estacionamento não comporta todos os carros.
