I spend the most wonderful time in playa. It was clean and stylish.

Good price. Room looked nice. Bed was a little firm for me. Only two pillows on a king size bed. Biggest issue was ants. Ants by the shower. Bought a box of cereal and apparently ants in kitchen too so they ruined a brand new box of cereal. No bowls in the kitchen. Bath towels were nice and big. Went all the way to the sports club upstairs to find out you have to get the pool table balls from the front desk. Decided not to play. Too much of a inconvenience to go all the way downstairs and back up again. Pool was a little cold so we didn't get in. Also a lot smaller than expected. Was a 22 min walk from the ferry and ado bus station in Playa Del Carmen. 10 min walk to several eating places.

Städningen var dålig. Takterrassen hade inga solstolar i solen, jättedåligt, blev hemskt besviken. Lägenheten är fint utrustad, men dammig på många ställen och fullt med sand i frysboxen och på bordet på terrassen! Sängkläder manglas eller stryks ej, ser ut som att någon sovit där även om sängkläder just bytts!

El hotel en general esta bien pero le falta mantenimiento, se fugaba agua del lavabo del baño y también del de la cocina, no había ni un tenedor ni un cuchillo en la cocina y ya les hace falta pintar las habitaciónes reservamos tres y todas tenían pedazos qué ya se ven suciosm

Good stay at a good price. The location is solid, just a short walk away from 5th ave so mostly peaceful and quiet away from all the noise. Only noise was hearing people in the halls and doors slamming shut, but this was very minor and not disruptive in the evenings. As other reviews have mentioned, the power/water did go out for half a day in the 3 days I stayed here. But this didn't seem exclusive to the hotel as other nearby shops and areas on 5th ave were also affected. Roof top deck and pool are also a great addition. Overrall would stay here again

Precio calidad excelente, a 12 min caminando de la 5ta avenida. Instalaciones y amenidades 10/10. Hay tiendas muy cerca y parquímetros en la calle para estacionarse. Lo único malo fue que hacían reparaciones muy temprano y TODOOO se escucha dentro y fuera de las habitaciones.
