Loved our time spent at this beautiful resort! It is comfortable, welcoming and so well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful in every area and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Bonus if going to Dollywood Park, use the shuttle! So convenient to not have to use your own vehicle and be dropped off right up front. Plus our driver was a delight to visit with 😊 Would absolutely return for another visit and would recommend 10/10!

The overall atmosphere is amazing and what keeps us coming back. Staff were amazing as always but an extra shout out to Michelle. She went way above to get a bag back that I left at Dollywood on a stroller. I do wish that there were more discounts or perks offered as rates to stay at the Lodge are higher than most. ie: free entrance to Splash Mountain, or at least Buy on Get one free entrance. Breakfast prices are pricey. Food is delicious but again, it adds up when trying to feed a family. Discounts or free night stays for frequent visits. We love the Lodge. We would love to stay more often and for longer periods of time. 😊
