The Other House exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel itself is fantastic, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding staff. A special thank you to Julia at the bar/restaurant, who welcomed us on our first night in London. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel right at home during our first visit to the UK. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit London!

Very lovely hotel. Great spa area and lounge area downstairs. The only bit of feedback to improve this stay would have been the ability to order drinks a little later for residents. Cut off appears to be mid-night. Which isn’t great in London and at a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise, bed very comfortable, showers great and staff friendly. Will return.
