Modern, Comfortable and Quiet Room

The location is next to the stunning science park and its attractions and an easy bus ride to the beach or into the old town, or you can take along walk along the river that has been turned into a park. Our superior room was very large, clean and quiet but our room faced a quiet courtyard at the back, (apart from the amazing sight/sound of birds gathering at dusk sleeping in the trees but even then you couldn’t hear anything with the windows shut). I’m not sute how noisy a room facing the main road would be. The bathroom was, strangely, very small but with a good shower and scalding hot water which caught me off guard! The staff were all excellent and we had a good breakfast - continental with the option of eggs, bacon, omelettes etc. We also had dinner twice, again, good quality. The restaurant was usually busy, as well as the outside tables. We were happy with our choice and would recommend staying here if being a 15-minute bus ride (on a regular route), from the centre doesn’t bother you.

Fijn verblijf op een handige locatie. 3 minuten lopen naar Cuidad de las artes. Was ongeveer 45 min lopen naar het centrum. Ontbijt in het restaurant beneden was top. Kamer was schoon en personeel was behulpzaam.

Very good

Already wrote a good article about this hotel which is really good and comfortable. But as l lived there for a long period l write a new one. Would like to thank staff especially Pablo, Alvaro, Sara and Benedetta. Last two weeks l lived in apartment flat here which consists of two bedrooms and a salotto, kitchen and balcony.. Really nice but cleaning once in three days. Other is perfect including a big yard full of singing birds. It's like a paradise at sunrise and sunset

Perfect hotel and best memories. I lived 3 days there, then jump for four days in Madrid and surely returned back here. It's all good, two min on foot from Palau les Arts. It was valencian community october state feast and we went to look midnight fireworks above Palau concert hall. 15 minutes! GREAT!!! 🌟🌟🌟By the way that's the area of the City of Arts and sciences, so famous Acquarium is nearby. Possibility to wash clothes, good balconies, 24hours markets opposite Rooms. Two restaurants in the same building. But the main point here is the staff which is really outstanding. They are two Alvaros, Sara, Eduardo, Helena. But the protagonists of my thanksgiving letter are Teresa and Pablo, persons of great professional dedication, empathy and human impact. It was actually pity to leave this hotel after my stay. I'm a frequent traveller and have seen many hotels so l have something to compare with. Guys love you!!!

Lovely Hotel! Convenient location and services were amazing! Hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Front desk staff (All) were very pleasant and helpful. They also allowed us to leave our luggages after check out. Definitely recommend!

El único problema que hubo fue que una de las duelas del suelo estaba obstruyendo el paso y nos tropezábamos al salir del baño, lo reportamos y pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y hubo resistencia ya que decían iban a ver si mantenimiento lo arreglaba, el estado que tenía esa avería no era reciente y así nos dieron la habitación, después de seguir insistiendo que nos cambiaran finalmente lo hicieron, pero fue un poco conflictivo, lo demás estuvo todo bien
