A bit too expensive for what you get...

We expected more from this stay of 1 night. The lady at the reception,Genesis, was very friendlyOur room was room 1305. There's a gap under the door so you can here noise from the corridor very well..We got a free bottle of cava and a platter of fruits!Unfortunately the cava was not cold and the mini-bar was not working well... The toilet was leaking,we found the bathroom very small. We did not like the bed,the frame was bigger than the mattress.So getting out of the bed is not comfortable... The place is extremely windy. There were children,although it's an 'adults only ' hotel. Breakfast was very good !

Nice

Had a great time here. Hotel is on a really nice beach. Beach view from the room was lovely. Food was good but not exceptional. Roof top pool was really nice and great view of the beach. Rooms were a little older but nice. Had to ask for room towels which I would have thought the cleaning ladies would have left everyday. Staff was nice. Daytime bartender by the pool was exceptional. I think the price of the room was a little high but I would stay here again.

No water during 3 night stay

For my 3 night booking I had water turned off everyday. Ended up checking out and moving to different hotel. They might had been just a couple of hours of it a day. For the price you’re paying you would think you’d have water to bathe and use toilet… especially after falling sick from food. The beach and their Japanese upstairs hotel restaurant was the nicest thing I can say about this place. Hit or miss really…I recommend Finest Excellence punta Cana instead of this.

Foi incrível. Que experiência! Desde a chegada no atendimento da recepção. Estrutura do hotel é fantástica. Nosso quarto era de frente pro mar, que vista. O pessoal do hotel tornou a chegada ainda mais excepcional com os drinks e uma seleção de frutas de boas vindas entregues em nosso quarto. Não eh um all-inclusive mas foi perfeito pra nós. .

Excelente hotel, localização perfeita, serviço impecável. No ultimo dia fiz um late checkout com um valor bem honesto. Possui dois restaurantes muito bons e a vista pro mar é incrível. Se puder, escolha o apartamento com vista para o mar. Achei o melhor custo x benefício de Bávaro. Em uma viagem rápida, vale mais a pena ficar aqui e consumir nas imediações do que pagar absurdos em um all inclusive, na minha opinião. Ficaria novamente.

We only stayed one evening. But our stay was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was great. The rooftop pool was nice, we just relaxed and took in the view of blue waters and beach. This place didn't seem as walkable to everywhere, you're tucked into a deadend road. But there were a few shops near by and restaurants if you wanted to leave the property. The area is safe. And with its location being tucked away a bit, it wasn't nearly as noisy as other places we stayed while visiting the D.R. We stayed during the week because it was closer to the airport for us. It gave the come with a book, grab a drink and relax vibes with plenty of lounge chairs both pool side and on the beach.

Last minute trip

This place is okay, as we are tired of the all inclusive experience. Some things seem tired, bathrooms very small. Restaurants always empty? Food was decent enough. Our biggest complaint of which we spoke to the front desk was state of the beach. All around the lounge chairs garbage day after day not cleaned/ raked, sifted. Quite gross - and promise to do the work never materialized. Overall an okay experience worthy of 3 stars.

Super nice hotel, but the service is quite slow

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are great, the views are breathtaking and both of the pools are great too. The staff is really nice but aren’t effective. Sometimes you have to wait almost an hour for a burger and a bottle of water. The prices are cheap and everything is still really good.
