The Service, attention and kindness at Silverland May is overwhelming, really amazing. All the staff is always attentive, open to help you and always listening. We stayed in the newer building and the room was amazing, we got an upgrade so it included a jacuzzi tub in the room. Really nicely decorated and quiet. The staff at reception were so friendly, one even gave us some local coffee recommendations. Pool was a nice bonus and the gym was good with the ability to open the windows wide to get some air in, it was well air conditioned too. Great location with lots of the main sights walkable.
