É o que esta na descrição. Tem um valor bem acessível, quarto com ar condicionado, o necessário na cozinha para se manter, chuveiro com boa temperatura, tv e internet. Somente me incomodou um pouco uma das toalhas estar com uma mancha e com cheiro de que faltou uns produtos químicos na lavagem. Pelo valor que oferece é um ótimo custo beneficio.
