A beautiful home, which has been renovated to a very high standard, in keeping with the original period. Our hosts were very friendly and our privacy was observed. The house is set in a wonderful location, a short walk from the town of Newcastle Emlyn. It is within easy driving distance of the coast. The bed was very comfortable and we had a most enjoyable few days here.

Tony & Chris are fantastic hosts. They have a beautiful property decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic. The rooms are large and have a fridge and tea tray in the rooms. The property is in walking distance of the village and Emlyn Hotel where we were attending a wedding. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back k to stay again!

Very comfortable overnight stay in this lovely old house. The hosts Tony and Chris were very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. The village of Newcastle Emlyn has some fascinating shops and the Bunch of Grapes pub serves good food. There are plenty other eating places too.

Great hosts who were very friendly and informative. stayed 1 night in this beautiful old building full of character. Bedroom lovely bed very comfy with a beautiful shared bathroom ..luckily we were the only guests so had it to ourselves. Would have preferred a lock on our bedroom door especially if the other rooms had been full.

Opulence and comfort

Absolute dream! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was warm, hosts were Soooo inviting, nothing was too much. The decor is well thought out, you want for nothing! The hosts have considered everything!!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms are quiet! We will be back! Thankyou!!
