Recepcionista responsável pela hotelaria extremamente arrogante não propondo uma solução para uma questão de estacionamento onde carros grandes raspam ao subir para o estacionamento coberto. Quando cheguei para fazer o checkin o mesmo estava em um supermercado e tive que esperar o bonitão voltar. Funcionário Lucas extremamente educado. De resto não indico o local para nada. Quarto com cheiro fortissimo de cigarro.

Perfeito. Possui ar condicionado em bom estado, uma tv smart, um mini refrigerador que só começa a gelar a bebida depois de algumas horinhas. Tudo perfeito, exceto a parte que esqueceram de nos dar uma coberta na primeira noite, porém encontramos uma camareira no dia seguinte que nos disponibilizou uma mantinha.

As instalações são excelentes. Mas o serviço deixou muito a desejar. Exemplo não tem café da manhã aos domingos kkkk, só rindo. A reserva para casal, e não fica claro aí na chegada é um constrangimento. O frigobar não é eficiente (não gela). Não tinha cobertor apenas um copo pedi outro mas nunca veio em fim. São problemas de hotelaria mas o chuveiro e a cama excelente para executivo uma boa opção.
