Very strict requirements regarding providing ID beforehand, cleaning up the place after (laundry, dishes, and then the gall to ask for a tip for housekeeping), and no instructions and very non-intuitive checkout. Otherwise, very nice place and situated well for access to Sunnybrook Hospital.

This is a condo building, not a hotel. Check-in process is confusing with no front desk. Damage deposit is paid before check-in instructions are sent and communications & payment occur external to Hotels.com, which feels sketchy. Check your total costs, as there is an extra cleaning fee not included in the room cost. Actual accommodations are nice, but not worth all the extra hassle in my opinion

Condo was excellent, you could smell the clean when you opened the door. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Check-in/out was simple and seamless. My only complaint is extra charges for anyone beyond the booker which is odd in my opinion, booking should be based on double occupancy at minimum.
