Beautiful new lodge registration and dining areas. But with the shortfalls we notice, I'd say it's a stretch to call it a 'resort.' There were several maintenance issues: broken shades; damaged molding around doors (inside and out); broken tiles in the shower. There was a thick layer of dust on the refrigerator. The pool and hot tub were NOT heated, as advertised. We were disappointed with our stay. Likely will not return.

I had the impression this place will have a place to cook indoors..however it did not... It dis had a faucet in the room. No sure why if you will not bee cooking indoors... I am not sure of the anemities it offered , I suggest you do...for the price you may be paying

We had a great time there. The place is really nice the staff is great. The cabins are amazing and the fishing is always fun if u like fishing. What a great time with the family for a very reasonable price. WE REALLY ENJOY IT THERE AT COOL FONT😎. I really enjoy the jacuzzi. The only thing is its hard to get in an out of. It's to high for little lags like myself 😆 but all an all I love it..

This is a great place to get away from the world. My wife and I stayed in a cabin as a base to hike at parks around the area. It was nice to come back and use the soak tub after hiking each day. Berkeley springs is a nice little town. They have many family owned restaurants with great food. We plan on returning to the cool font to stay in a cabin again.

Nice, unique place to stay. In the woods, with our building is unlike anywhere else where we have stayed. I would stay here again. It is like being in a campsite, but staying in a hotel room. Since the buildings are not attached to any others, there is zero noise from neighbors.

The outside of the resort definitely needs some TLC, but our room was very clean. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. The price for one night of $200 was a bit expensive but overall we enjoyed Berkeley Springs.

Its a wonderful place to stay. The people are friendly. The staff was great. The road is a little rough to get to the property. All in all I would give it 4.5 stars. Very quiet love the little cottages. If you are looking for a quiet little place to get away. And relax. You should give it a try.

The staff was very friendly. The lodge where you check in and the restaurant attached was beautiful! We didn't get a hot tub in our cabin....I thought I booked that, but apparently not. We went to swimming pool that had jacuzzi tub attached , but this was as cold as the pool water. There was a sauna in this pool room but it was not working or installed yet and had bags of potting soil in it. We were a little disappointed about that, but otherwise very happy. Our little cabin was peaceful.
