I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean upon arrival, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. There was a noticeable gap in the window that caused the wind to howl loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The condition of the bathroom was also unacceptable. The sink was cracked, and there was visible rust in both the toilet and the shower, which made the space feel poorly maintained and unhygienic. On top of that, there was constant loud noise coming from above, likely due to creaky wooden flooring, which added to the discomfort. To make matters worse, there was limited housekeeping service provided during my stay. The only open restaurant was the buffet with limited dietary options. Breakfast closed at 10 which is too early for the only option til noon. The coffee bar did not have grab and go food. We found bones fragments in our hamburger!!!! Other restaurants had not opened yet and bar food was limited at night. Bad service was good for drinks. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and noise issues made this stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this resort unless significant improvements are made.

I stayed at this resort for one night and unfortunately had a very poor experience. When I checked into my room, it was not properly prepared. The bathtub was clogged and filled with water, making it unusable. I contacted maintenance, and it took about two hours for someone to arrive. Even after they “fixed” it, the same issue happened again when I tried to use the shower. There were also missing items in the room, and overall it did not feel properly maintained or ready for guests. Given the price and expectations of an all-inclusive resort, this was very disappointing. I hope the property improves its maintenance and service standards.

Had the best time ever. Food was great rooms were all newly renovated staff was really nice. It was all inclusive so all meals breast lunch and dinner were included plus beverages all day even alcoholic bet. Highly recommended

rarely leave negative reviews, but the food at this hotel was completely unacceptable. Lunch and dinner were extremely disappointing every single day. The buffet had very little variety and often looked half empty, with multiple trays left unfilled. The options were repetitive and limited—basically just chicken and fish every day, with no effort to offer anything different. Desserts were even worse. There was usually only one option, and it was low quality. The “ice cream” was a flavorless frozen machine product that didn’t taste like anything. For a hotel of this level, this is simply not acceptable. Food is a major part of the experience, and they failed badly in this area. Everything else at the hotel was decent, but the dining situation alone would make me not return and not recommend it.

The description needs to say Limited All Inclusive. The food was bad, the hot stuff was not hot and dried out. The salad bar was probably to best food item. The advertisement is very misleading. A lot of the amenities were not available and I way over paid for this trip. They should charge full price until they have everything ready that’s under construction.

The location is absolutely stunning. The adult pool on the river was the highlight. My pet did well with a large room and balcony with a railing. There are quite a few things to improve upon as the property is under total construction. Once they get the hotel rooms up to speed I’m sure it will be amazing. I did enjoy it being basically empty.

I’ve been to so many resorts in Florida but Voco Sandpiper All-inclusive Resort is my least favorite even though is the closest to where I live, about 40 minutes away. Firstly, the activities and events are more for older adults 55+ and over. I didn’t see any kids events except an arcade on the area. Second, my children’s room and beds had ants and one of the twin beds had ants all over the mattress’s. Third, there wasn’t a store to buy some personal hygiene items. It was under construction is what they said, so you had to drive out of the Resort to find a store nearby. Fourth, they had complemented a bottle of sparkling wine that they were going to bring to my room for my birthday which never received for my guests and I. Finally, if you have a child that’s 6 months to 1 year old make sure you bring essential like water because cleaning services came to our rooms not even once to check if we need water bottles for replacement even though I complained about the ants in my children’s bedroom. In conclusion, my family and I won’t be coming back to this resort in Port Saint Lucie, FL. I rather go to a Caribbean vacation All-inclusive and spend 7 days with the family for less the cost spent on a 2 nights at Voco Sandpiper All-inclusive.

Llamamos antes de ir para ver si llegamos sobre las 12pm podíamos entrar y me dicen que si .El dia que llegamos no nos dejaron entrar .tuvimos que esperar nos pidieron 40dol por adultos y 25 dol niño por entrar antes a la propiedad . El dia que llame no me sijeron nada de eso.
