The hotel rooms were very large and nice. There was a great view of the city from the room. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps and from the Trevi fountain. The location was great. The staff was helpful and held our bags and then delivered them to our rooms. We only stayed a short time, but it was incredibly convenient. One of our rooms had excellent air conditioning but the second struggled to keep up with the heat. The elevator to the reception area can be tricky, but the staff is very helpful to make it work correctly. Overall a great place.

Warning if you’re traveling during the summer: The air conditioning in the guest rooms struggles to keep up with the heat. During my stay in July, my first room (206) was extremely hot, so I was moved to room 203, which was only slightly better. I also spoke with several other guests, and they all mentioned their rooms were uncomfortably warm, even with the air conditioning running. The breakfast was decent for a three-star hotel. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom electrical outlet only worked if you held the plug in place, which was frustrating. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location, which is hard to beat.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The building is beautiful and full of character, combining its historic charm with tasteful modern upgrades. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Before our stay, we had read some reviews saying the air conditioning wasn’t very good, but that was definitely not our experience. It worked perfectly and kept our room cool and comfortable, which was especially important during the July heat. We stayed in a Superior Double Room, and it was spacious enough for the two of us. It was nice to be able to return to the hotel for a relaxing siesta before heading out again. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of everything—making it easy to explore the city and come back whenever we wanted. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The price was what you would expect, and we appreciated having a comfortable, safe ride. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every single person we met was friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Alice at the front desk (as well as the others) for her/their kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help with anything we needed. We also want to thank Jasmine and Charmin, who took such great care of us during breakfast every morning. They were always attentive, warm, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel!

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff. In a great location, especially for first-time visitors like us who wanted to be close to main tourist attractions. It’s also in between two Subway stations, about a 10 minute walk to each. We stayed in the suite, which was beautiful and we also enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended.
