The room was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and we had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and helped get a bus pass for us and we were able to get around pretty easily on the bus. Breakfast was very good and the morning we left they fixed a breakfast to go for us.

I only stayed here because it was the only available hotel in Salzburg for my stay (to see the Super Cup), so I had low expectations. It turned out that the hotel was about a 20 minute taxi/Uber from the airport, and from the city centre, but the real bonus was, it's a 25 minute walk from the stadium which made my life much easier. The room had a lovely patio, there was beer for purchase in the lobby 24/7 and there was a supermarket/grocery store next door to the hotel, so I found the hotel to be relatively convenient for what I needed, to watch a football match.

Good room, quiet with no noise from the other rooms. Staff very kind and helpful. The room was VERY very cold. No AC was on, and they couldn’t put any heat on. So I got an extra duvet. Not very cosy. There was a random small hole in the wall. Parking is limited, but free so that was great. Only 15 min car ride to the center where we went on the amazing Sound Of Music tour.

I had a decent stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, even if they run a little on the smaller side. The main drawback is the location. It is not particularly convenient if you are looking to spend most of your time in the city center. Getting back and forth took a bit of effort/time. Overall, if you don't mind commuting a bit for sightseeing or if you just need a reliable, clean place to sleep, it’s a fine option. Otherwise, you might want to look for something a bit more central.

This hotel was a perfect fit for our travels, easy to find off the autobahn, and a 15 min drive into the old city from the hotel. Parking was a slight challenge, although free, the lot was shared with other businesses which made it tricky to secure a spot, but it all worked out. Front desk staff was amazing, suoer helpful!

Front desk staff was super friendly and very welcoming. If you're thinking about using Uber or taxi to get into downtown, don't. The bus stop was so convenient and extremely easy to use and navigate. It also felt extremely safe even at night. The one thing I would say could be improved is the pillows in the bed were quite bad. Beyond that great place for the price point
