Excellent Hotel Change

We were actually called the day before to change hotels to As Americas a 4 start hotel for the same price. 10 minutes walk from the Aveiro canals though. The hotel was very nice but we only had a view of a roof. The kingsize bed was hard a rock but very clean and nice bathroom. The room had a humid musty smell so I advise the hotel to air out any rooms before a client checks in. There was excellent free breakfast and free onsite parking. The service was also excellent. All folks who worked at the hotel were very professional and accommodating.

Staffs are so nice. Rooms are cozy. I have experience living in one-bedroom and two-bedroom rooms, both are acceptable. I left some clothes when I checked out, and I could even get them back after several days because staffs kept them for me. This is really grateful.

La verdad es que estuvimos muy a gusto, muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo. Uno de los pocos que ofrece estancia con desayuno y ademas nos ofrecieron el aparcamiento del hotel America a un cuarto de hora andando.La señora que nos atendió muy agradable, Nos sentimos casi como en familia.

Bra läge i Aveiro Portugal

Hotellet är mycket litet men 5 våningar och hiss. Läget är toppen, ligger mitt i centrum. Erbjöd gratis parkering med cirka 10 minuters promenad. Frukosten enkel men ok. Rum och toalett av god standard. Trevlig personal men tyvärr kunde receptionisten bara portugisiska vilket gjorde incheckningen lite krånglig. Hotellet ok enligt sina två stjärnor

Great value, central location

We reserved on the eve of our check-in date and got 2 rooms. The price was reasonable and the hotel location, right in the centre of Aveiro, couldn't be better. No parking on the premises but the hotel facilitated free parking at a sister property 10 minutes away on foot. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and fitted with the required amenities, including free wifi. Definitely a place to return to.

Lovely hotel. Very central for visiting beautiful Aveiro. Room small but very clean and no noise!! Rate very reasonable

Accueil un peu froid, puis finalement tout s'est bien passé. Chambre classique, propre, petit déjeuner normal avec les classiques portugais. Bon rapport qualité / prix.

Close to the centre of down town Aveiro

This hotel could be improved no end if there was a little more enthusiasm by the staff. The staff were polite and friendly but not welcoming. Our room was small but comfortable The biggest disappointment was the Breakfast it was a bit halfhearted e.g. milk for the cereal was not chilled it was room temperature, not good enough, the coffee on offer was over brewed from a hand pumped flask,and was lukewarm. To sum up this hotel was just lukewarm, but with a lot of potential. New management maybe.

Funkar bra om man inte behöver wc eller dusch

Personalen kunde inte väldigt bra engelska vilket försvårade betjäningen en aning. Toalettens spolningsmekanism fungerade inte väldigt väl och det fanns ingen möjlighet att byta rum. Vattnet från duschen varierade mellan varmt och kallt.
