This was an excellent choice for our stay in Paris. We arrived and departed via the Eurostar, so the location by Gare du Nord was perfect. Plus the Metro Station for Line 4 was steps away so we could get anywhere we wanted in just a few minutes. For the busy location it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was super friendly also, the beds comfortable and the room was lovely. Enjoyed our stay there very much.

I wish there was an option to give this hotel 10 stars! It was that good. The hotel and the room were elegant and beautiful. Highly functional yet far more interesting than a cut out square of real estate with a bed. Plenty of light and ample room to more around. Bathroom was like a spa. Staff accommodated my early arrival which I greatly appreciated.

Had a wonderful stay. Clean modern room, ours was with a balcony. Staff were polite and friendly. Very quick and convenient access to train station right out the front door of hotel for our train to London. We were out to about 1am but there was always someone there to buzz you in after they lock the doors. Also metro stop right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

6/10 Good

The hotel is conveniently located across from Gare du Nord. It was a practical stay as we needed to take the earliest train to the airport the next morning. The room that we were assigned was very small, with almost no room for storage or placing our belongings. Luckily, we were packed for our next day flight home so we did not need to hang or store any items. The bathroom was also very weird. The toilet was in a separate room, and to wash your hands or shower after using the toilet, you needed to go through the room. There was a coffee maker but no coffee to brew or cups to serve it. In my opinion not a four-star hotel. On the bright side: the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Room 601. It was compact but suitable for us. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The very small balcony overlooked the Gare Du Nord, staff nice and friendly. Convenient for the station / Eurostar and lots of eating places.

8/10 Very good

Perfect location since we we’re traveling to Charles de Gaulle airport from Gare du Nord early the next morning. Easy commute via the Metro. Our room was clean and with more than enough space for our short stay. Big windows which could be opened, and aircom. The staff was welcoming. We travel alot and have stayed in many different hotel categories. This one was better than we expected. Tip: If you are leaving by train the next morning. Buy the ticket the day before you leave… we were glad we did!

Excellent hotel right across the road from Gare du Nord train station. Has an elevator and air condition (although regulations limit the AC to no less than 22°) and an adjoining café. It was perfect for our one night stay coming in on Eurostar and then leaving for the airport the next morning. The twin room was charming with a combination of old world and mid-century modern decor. Spotless, well decorated, and very comfortable size by European standards. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was lovely, great size and nice big bed and good AC! It was my birthday during my stay (I didn’t mention this) and they upgraded my room, and delivered balloons and chocolates and a lovely note. Really fantastic service. The hotel is ideally located for Gare du Nord and from here we walked everywhere, it was ideal.

Very nice hotel right across from Gare du Nord train station. Room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent. Best coffee my wife and I had in our 10 days in Europe. I am especially grateful that the housekeeper found a pair of prescription sunglasses I had inadvertently left behind at checkout. I called later that day from London, and the hotel manager helped me arrange to have the glasses shipped home to the States. I highly recommend this hotel for its amenities, location, and outstanding customer service! My wife and I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.
