Terrible communication with the hotel
The main issue I encountered was the fact that I had to wait almost 2 hours until i could check in. This was due to the lack of communication and little help that I received from the hotel.Due to this problem I missed a very important meeting I had to attend to in Warsaw. The hotel employee I called could no provide useful information and after talking to him on WhatsApp told me that it was a mistake from their side and asked me again for the names on the reservation. He also sent me to another part of the complex to get the key from 1 apartament but I was the wrong key because it actually was the key for the other apartament. Both keys were not in the building we stayed and had to walk 10 more minutes with our luggage to go back and forth for the keys to get in. Also the employee could not offer any information only a photo of a small map that is very hard to read. As the conditions of the booking say "Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information prior to arrival. ", that I never received. It is not my problem that they are not able to do their job properly and that they made mistakes in the booking.
