Pas à la hauteur du prix

J’ai séjourné à « la maison de Blanche » durant 3 nuits … et malheureusement il y a à revoir. L’insonorisation est catastrophique : entre le bruit et les vibrations du tram, et les bruits des autres habitants… les boules quies ( offertes et à disposition sur la table de nuit ) sont obligatoires. Ma chambre était élégante, mais des rénovations sont à prévoir : une fuite d’eau par le spot de la salle de bain ( signalé au monsieur qui prépare les chambres pour les futures arrivées, dont la remarque a été « on sait, ça coule beaucoup ? » et classé sans suite ) , l’accroche du pommeau de la douche est cassée … À noter qu’aucun ménage ne sera fait : c’est signalé à l’arrivée, mais j’ai pensé qu’il s’agissait uniquement du changement draps / serviettes : pas du tout > personne ne rentre dans la chambre, pas même pour faire le lit ou vider la poubelle. Dans les grandes lignes, très décevant étant donné le prix. Le mail reçu après le séjour est assez déplacé, insistant sur le fait de mettre uniquement des bonnes notes … ( surtout que j’avais pris soin de laisser un petit mot expliquant mon mécontentement )… Mention spéciale cependant à l’adorable monsieur qui s’est débattu pour qu’Internet fonctionne dans ma chambre, il a été vraiment patient et gentil.

Correspondance uniquement par mail. Téléphone impossible. La chambre est confortable et très mignonne, mais malheureusement très très mal insonorisé (petite porte en bois et fenêtres en bois simple vitrage devant la route+tram) Des boules quies sont données, c'est une attention très mignonne mais très insuffisante. Il fait froid la nuit du fait de l'isolation. Le lieu propose des gâteaux, c'est dommage que rien ne soit mis en place.

Great stay in a good location. Very convenient as it's right next to a tram stop, although may need the ear plugs at night. Managed very well and room # 1 is large enough. Some good restaurants close by in walking distance. Would stay again.
