The hotel seemed new and is located close to Glacier National Park. It has in-room amenities, and the furniture and bed are new. That said, let's get to the issues: we requested a cabin with 2 separate bedrooms, both with air conditioning, for our couple and our adult son. We were provided with an AC unit in only 1 bedroom, while the other had a fan, and we felt hot at night. The cabin's carpet was dirty; if you walked barefoot, dirt would stick to your feet. The Wi-Fi didn't work inside the cabin, only outside (a problem, since internet service is very limited in that area). There were large ants coming out of a gap in the wood next to the bed. We requested housekeeping, but they only brought towels and didn't even make the beds. Their office is only open from 1 PM to 5 PM, which is when all the guests are out at the parks, making it impossible to speak with the staff in person. They didn't reply to our emails. I do not recommend it.
