The location is excellent, close to everything you need such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. The room was dirty; I had to get cleaning supplies and clean it myself, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was in excellent condition, and the hot water worked perfectly. The worst part is that people smoke very close to the lounge area, and the cigarette smoke enters the hallways and rooms. I believe hotel management should designate a smoking area away from the rooms. The staff was very friendly.
La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo necesario como supermercados, farmacias y restaurantes. La habitación estaba sucia; tuve que buscar productos de limpieza y hacer la limpieza yo mismo, especialmente en el baño. La cama era muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado estaba en excelentes condiciones y el agua caliente funcionaba perfectamente. Lo peor es que las personas fuman muy cerca de la sala, y el humo del cigarrillo entra a los pasillos y habitaciones. Entiendo que la administración del hotel debería asignar un área para fumar lejos de las habitaciones. El personal fue muy amable.
