An unforgettable experience in Kayseri

Everything started with our early check in experience. Because we arrived so early, the room was not ready yet. But staff immediately took action and upgraded our room, without any charge. The room was exceptional. Building's architecture from outside is representing historical houses. When you go inside, harmony of modern and history welcomes you. The breakfast is a must if you would like to try local food. Also they hear your suggestions and renew the menu according to requests. The hall is calm and helps you to enjoy silence. Rooms are very very clean, makes you feel like home. Overall, will definitely visit again.

Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, with the most comfortable pillows I've ever encountered in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. They can also do food in the evening, which wasn't very well publicised. Thanks especially to Ahmed, who kindly recommended the dishes we should try...he was right, they were amazing!

Hotel mükemmel idi. Temizliği ve otantik havası ile ailecek kalınası bir yer. Sadece kahvaltının bitiş saati çok dakikti (saat 10 a kadar denmişti kahvaltı saati ve o saatte de sona erdi). Otele girdiğimiz ilk andan itibaren güler yüzle karşılandık. Çalışan personeller çok yardımsever ve ilgililer. Odamız temizdi ve tasarımsal olarak da başarılıydı.
