Room was dirty when we got there and they informed us they did not have cleaners or room service. The room was super dusty. I didn’t even ask for a refund I stood one night here and counted 5 roaches just in one night! I ended up booking another hotel for my stay, didn’t even bother to ask for a refund I just wanted to get as far as I could from this hotel.

Old roadway inn. Run down, no washcloth or handtowels, no top sheet on bed. Electrical sockets not working. First room toilet leaking, toilet seat wrong size, desk chair broken, found dead but in bed. Shower curtain moldy.

This hotel was horrible. The room was in a state of disrepair, the old lumpy pillows did not have any pillow cases on them and there was mold on them. We also did not have any towels or washcloths. They were supposed to bring us some when they were dry but they never did. They did give me two pillows with cases. My son's room had one bed made up but the second bed was only partially made. The picture is VERY deceiving. There was a bench in the room and the plastic was all torn and coming off. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were told by the Uber driver it is the worst hotel in Galveston. Dirty- neglected and in a dangerous area. - we left and didn’t even bother to ask for our money back. This should not be offered as an option of places to stay!!!!!

This was the most disgustingly dirty motel I have ever stayed in. Nothing was clean, it didn’t feel safe and the pictures online did not show what we saw. The doors seemed like they had been broken into. We wouldn’t even sleep under the sheets and put towels on the pillows before we layed in them. Travelocity should not be involved with this property.
