Las ventanas están oxidadas y no se pueden abrir El inodoro cada vez que se utilizaba y se tiraba agua salía un olor muy feo Las habitaciones con olor a humedad El wifi no funcionaba y la red 3G con muy mala conexión Se cortaba la corriente eléctrica a cada rato Y por ende nos quedábamos sin aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor y era imposible de dormir La playa llena de rocas y el mar lleno de algas con mucho olor fétido Lo único bueno, que tiene este lugar es el muchacho que nos recibió para hacer el check in La recepción , la señora que atiende parece estar enojada con la vida Al igual que la chica de la limpieza El trato dado al cliente es horrible Y el lugar inmundo NUNCA MÁS VOLVEMOS A ESTE LUGAR

My wife and mine's experience was phenomenal and we enjoyed this section of Tulum's Zona Hotelera far more than others. The reasons for this were the restaurants, less crowded beach, and overall less congestion.

This is a 13 room facility right on the beach. We had a nice cabana type room with a patio and a view from both to the beach. Convenient to food and bar options. Reasonably priced. The staff seemed eager to please. Public beach access and clubs nearby meant crowds and music that was often loud. Reserved beach area for the hotel helped. The most unexpected issue for us was that you can not flush toilet paper in much or all of the Tulum area, apparently due to the fact that development was rapid without a change to sewer treatment. The windows in our room did not open and there was no screen door so our expectation of hearing the sound of the water at night and having a breeze was thwarted. Fan and AC compensated somewhat. Shuttle service for transfer from Tulum airport was $110 cash each direction for the 1/2 hour to 45 minute ride.

Highly recommend this property! It’s a cute boutique hotel right on the beach! The views from the beach are amazing. It’s walkable to a few shops and restaurants. It’s a ways away from the main “strip” of the more crowded hotel/bar area but the location is perfect! The water pressure isn’t amazing but gets the job done. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. It was so quiet and felt like we had our own private beach bungalow.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel charmant (les pieds dans le sable jusque devant notre chambre), propre et confortable. Petite plage directement accessible depuis l’hôtel. Personnel très serviable, eau potable librement accessible à la réception et possibilité de louer des vélos par le biais de l’hôtel. Pas de possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place, mais l’établissement d’à côté auprès duquel vous aurez 10% de rabais en sert de très bons. Attention en revanche aux places de parking : il n’y en a que 3 et elles ne vous sont pas garanties, nous avons dû en payer une en face de l’hôtel pour notre dernière nuit sur place.

Lovely place right in front of the ocean. The hotel can use some painting and reparation mostly outside but the view is amazing. The staff are very friendly. Cleaning was also good and the beach was ok but it’s open to public so it could get noisy or crowded. The massage we get at the beach from the hotel spa were also very relaxing. Recommended if you don’t mind sacrifice luxury.

Such a cute hotel. It’s at the end of the hotel zone, great price as it is directly in front of the beach! Very clean and not as busy as the hotel zone. I wish they would respond to WhatsApp messages but the youn man at the front desk told met don’t. It’s a 45 minute walk from the Jungle Gym and Mother Earth Statue

We loved our stay! Our room was huge and the view from. Our balcony was beautiful. You get Coffee and water every morning. Towels are also provided. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Your located next to lots of restaurants and shops. There's parking outside the hotel but only a few spaces so we parked in a car park cross the street. The beach is gorgeous! There's sunbeds and bean bags on the beach you can use too. Would recommend. We hope to be back.

I loved everything about La Conchita. I had high expectations for this place and they were exceeded It is beachfront. The location is right near Papaya Playa Project if you want to see a show . I also walked to the new music venue Tehmplo from here . The price is fair compared to other resorts in the hotel zone on Tulum Beach where you pay double the price, easily. I walked to and from Mia Beach club . At night you may wish to take a cab as there is no pedestrian walkway to speak of on the jagged beach roads , and you can’t walk along the gorgeous stretch of Tulum beach at a certain time i assume . I enjoyed my 6 day stay . Thanks Emiliano for excellent front-of-house hospitality . You’ll go far and your English is excellent . I sadly know very little Spanish, and the people at La Conchita were patient with me . Coffee shops and convenience stores are a block away .

We were a little hesitant because of some reviews we read about la conchita. Let me tell you this was a steal of a place at a great price! Our room had everything we needed and looked great with vaulted ceilings and a king bed. Our balcony overlooked the ocean. The beach was right there and La conchita has their own small private cabanas for hotel guests only. It was safe and the staff was friendly. I def would recommend coming here again if you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay!
