Beds need upgrade

We had a plesant stay. But the beds need and udgrade, we had booket 6 nights but endded up checking out a night before. Our backs were hurting every morning we woke up. There is absolutely nothing to do around the vital. The nearest city Abtenau, cosy. But almost imposible to get dinner on a monday. We got dinner on a thuesday and it was way to expensive. More expensive than in Salzburg. The restaurant on the hotel served good food, but are closed on mondays. The absolute best experience is the young 16 year old guy in the restaurant, so sweet, caring and always in a good mood. He made our day.

I was booked this property for a night stay along with my family and in my booking breakfast was included. But unfortunately when we checkout at 07:30 in the morning nobody was on the reception or there is no provision for breakfast, where they informed me that breakfast opening time is 07:00. Even there front main entrance gate was locked, So I used back gate for exit building and leave the door card at reception. Even I came back to hotel at 10:00 but the situation is same (Main Gate Locked). I don’t know how they serve to there constumer. I am strongly advice people for not booked this hotel.

Nicht nochmal.

Bin nicht mehr vor Ort gewesen. Leider konnte ich das Hotel nicht stornieren. Bin lieber weiter gefahren nach Udine. Da bekommt man wenigstens sehr gute Hotels für einen guten Preis die sauber sind! Beim letzten Besuch war es schon extrem dreckig und herunter gekommen. Bin nicht vor Ort gewesen und werde es auch nicht nochmal machen. Ich Reise viel und sowas hab ich in den letzten 10 Jahren noch nicht gesehen. Lage ist zwar ok für Leute die wandern oder Rad fahren wollen. Man könnte viel aus dem Hotel machen aber Sauberkeit ist schon das wichtigste.

Pinligt ringe hotel

Svært at tjekke ind, da der ikke rigtig var noget personale. Værelset var egentlig okay, men manglede vedligehold, rengøring og mørklægningsgardiner. Aftensmaden på restauranten kunne næsten redde opholdet, men morgenmaden var så ringe, at oplevelsen af hotellet røg ned på en enkelt stjerne.

Vidste de vi kom?

Hotellet så lukket ud udefra. Da vi fik banket på døren og rengøringspersonalet åbnede fik han fat i én der kunne checke os ind. Værelset manglede den ekstra seng vi havde bestilt - det blev dog hurtigt fikset. Maden på hotellet var lækkert, men rengøringen generelt på hotellet og i restauranten var særdeles mangelfuld. Morgenmaden vi havde bestilt fik vi at vide var mellem 7-10 og da vi spurgte til det 7:40 skulle de lige bruge 10 min til at gøre det klar. Alt i alt et hotel med kæmpe potentiale men uprofessionel udførsel gør at der er lang vej til toppen.

Väldigt nergånget hotell. Var inte öppet när vi kom. Vi var där kl 15 när det var tid för incheckning. Ingen skylt eller förklaring. Smutsigt rum, handdukarna luktade svett. Lampan i duschen hängde löst i sin sladd. Flera lampor saknade glödlampor.

Zimmer sind dreckig, da würde ich nichtmal für geld essen. Haare und blutflecken auf dem bettlaken. Für kein geld der welt fahre ich da wieder hin.! Ich hab für meine rückreise das besagt hotel gebucht ich werde nichz hinfahren. Da sind mir die 95 euro egal.!

Die Lage ist an für sich OK. Leider ist es ziemlich heruntergekommen. Es könnte ein schönes Hotel sein. Mal abgesehen von den ganzen rissen in den Wänden kann es zumindest sauber sein. Wir haben uns geekelt und wollten nur schnell die nach herum kriegen. Frühstück haben wir nicht gegessen, weil wenn die Sauberkeit nicht da ist wie soll es erst in der Küche sein.

It was not terrible for the price

Check-in was a bit bad as noone was at the reception and we had to try a bunch of phone numbers out in the rain for like 20min just to get in, the room was kind of clean, furniture was very old. Restaurant was ok when opened. Breakfast was non existent. Plenty of parking. Small old play ground at the back.
