The hotel was okay, in line with a three star hotel. In a good location but the hotel is difficult to find. It is listed in the wrong location on google maps and we had to ask people for help. If you look for the signs for Riad Tzizwit you will be better off.

The staff was very kind and accommodating, made sure we got everything as we wanted it. The breakfast was good, you eat outside so bring a jacket if you plan on going during winter season. The rooms felt clean, had heating ac which was a must. A bit of a slow draining shower and a leaky faucet but nothing to dramatic. Very very beautiful place and so close to everything of interest, the location is their top aspect. 1 minute drom fna square 😍

Amazing Road in the centre of town. Can't fault it. Rooms and road overall was gorgeous. Staff amazing.

Wonderful stay. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The location was perfect for being near the markets but I was mostly surprised at how quiet it was. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Le Riad Fleur de sable est très joli. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Hamza le jour de notre arrivée. Le personnel est très gentil et à notre écoute, aux petits soins. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit agréable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et typique, excellent. La localisation du Riad dans la Médina nous a permis d’être au cœur de la vie marocaine, souk, place Jemaa el fna et autres curiosités. Le seul petit bémol dans les chambres est le manque de rangement. Sinon c’était très bien

Lovely Riad with lots of charm in a very central location. The staff offered us a warm welcome and accommodated a very early breakfast for our departure day. The room was charming and perfect for two people. The only small hiccup was the shower drain which was incredibly slow - I thought the shower might overflow.

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Marrakesh med overnatning i denne meget charmerende og autentiske Riad. Beliggenhenden er helt perfekt i gå-afstand til flere seværdigheder. Personalet er meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme, og morgenmaden, som indtages på tagterressen, virkelig dejlig. Som 2 høje nordeuropæere, er senge og pladsforhold på værelset lidt trængt, men på ingen måde noget, der kan ødelægge den overordnede meget gode oplevelse. Stor anbefaling herfra 😍

Séjour très agréable, personnel vraiment accueillant et prévenant. Le standing des chambres n’est pas exceptionnel, c’est sobre et il y a l’essentiel. Le Riad est très propre, le toit terrasse parfait le matin et le soir pour profiter de la fraîcheur. La localisation est parfaite, proche de tous commerces essentiels et des lieux touristiques. Je recommande !
