The AC was wonderful for the hot sunny PHX. Would recommend ear plugs as the doors slam throughout the building and it's really loud. The hotel staff was wonderful and kind. It was a lovely place and easy to have dogs and walk them at the area.

The room was so dirty, you could see the dirt and grime on the floor and the counter tops and desks. The bathroom tub and sink had hairs in them seems like someone went in to make sure the beds were done and just walked out. We were staying between March 20th to the 23rd and we left saturday at Noon front desk didnt even acknowledge us checking out early or asking why they just asked for the keys and left it at that. Poor service and poor upkeep.

One front desk staff wasn't very helpful nor friendly. Vending machines out of product. Laundry door did not close and lock properly. Air conditioner didn't work properly, didn't cool room down even after sunset. TV controller didn't work as it should.
