I'm not sure how this hotel has such a high rating. Problems started from the moment we got to LA. We waited for the advertised shuttle for 40 minutes, and called multiple times and were put on hold, before we decided to get an Uber to the hotel. When we arrived, we were told that the driver must have got sick, but no further information was given. The room was fine, but smelled and was slightly uncomfortable. They had a nice shop in the lobby with drinks and food, but no utensils, and none in the room. For the price, this was fine, but I would not stay here ever again and would definitely not recommend it. Management clearly does not care about guests and gave off an untrustworthy vibe.
