The rooms were adequate, however, the furnishings appeared to be well used and dated. The beds are extremely firm, not ideal for those with back issues. The beds are not comfortable. The customer service was top notch!!

Smelled like weed and was not well kept. One of the rooms in our building had a window knocked out was boarded up. Lots of street noise like kids out racing until midnight. Just a bad overall experience but was tolerably clean except the filthy couches. Another plus is it didn’t have bedbugs.

She went out of her way to sure everything was perfect for us even though we were only going to be there for about 3 hours. Awesome customer service. The suit was wonderful. Very cozy.
